A 10 kg calm terrier and a 28 kg nervous doodle shouldn't get the same appointment. So before you pick a time, we look at what your dog actually needs.

What vaccines are required?+
A current rabies certificate. You upload a photo while booking and Maya reviews it before groom day. we don’t medically verify vaccines.
How long will my dog's grooming appointment take?+
It depends on your dog's weight, coat condition and temperament. You'll see the exact estimate and why before you pick a time.
Can I reschedule my appointment?+
Yes, from your confirmation page. We'll only offer times where your dog's full groom still fits.
Is a deposit required?+
Yes — $20 holds your time and comes off your final bill. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and it's refunded in full.
What if my dog is nervous or reactive?+
Tell us when you book. We add extra time and offer quieter morning appointments so your dog gets a calmer experience.
How often should my dog be groomed?+
Most dogs do best every 4–8 weeks. After each groom we'll suggest a date and send an easy link to book again.
