Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposit

Each online booking needs a $20 deposit to hold your time. It comes off your final bill on groom day.

Cancelling

• More than 48 hours before your appointment: cancel online from your booking and your deposit is refunded in full to your card.
• Within 48 hours: you can still cancel, but the deposit is kept.

Refunds are sent through Stripe as soon as you cancel. Your bank usually takes 5–10 business days to show them.

Rescheduling

You can move your booking online to any time where your dog's full groom still fits. Your deposit moves with it. Grooms that have already started or finished can't be moved online.

No-shows

If your dog isn't dropped off and we haven't heard from you, the appointment is marked as a no-show and the deposit is kept.

If something goes wrong

If a refund can't be processed automatically, Maya is notified and will sort it out personally. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

The studio can change these rules, such as the deposit amount or notice period. Changes only apply to new bookings; your appointment follows the policy in place when you booked it.
